For online bookings credit / debit card details will be taken to secure the booking. The hotel will contact the customer prior to arrival to take payment. 
For bookings via our Call Centre, credit / debit card details will be taken to secure the booking and payment will be made on the day.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance If cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival 50% of the booking will be charged.  Any cancellations after this time will be charged in full.
