The location for us worked as we live at either end of the Midlands and were attending an event at the NEC. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was Crufts weekend so also nice to see some 4 legged friends around as we checked in and out. The room 444 was good. Clean, tidy and with a good size bathroom. High bath if you have any mobility issues getting in. There were a couple of tell tail signs a dog had been in our room (a biscuit and dog hair on the carpet, but nothing major). Everything else was great. Beds were extremely comfortable. It was lovely to have the mini bar 2 beers, 2 wines, coke and water in with the price. I was able to have a late check out after 11 to conclude a work meeting 11.30 at no extra charge We ordered the deal where £35 each was in for dinner. This was a little disappointing if I am honest. The nachos were a little limp, cold and to say how cheap they are to buy in, a really small offering. We both had a caesar salad. The chicken and hallumi were both cold. So not all in all a great way to spend £70. The air conditioning or something on the door edge, either ticked, or switched on and off through the night, which was disturbing. BUT all that said it was a lovely Sunday to Monday night and i would recommend going back there. We didn't complain, nothing really major and nothing that we couldn't deal with or laugh about. I would say try it. The spa we didn't use.

We had a university society ball here and it was perfect. I organised it over email with Lucy who was incredible- flexible, knowledgeable, accommodating and quick responses. On the day Kumar and his team were exactly the same, clearly experienced and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble; service ran perfectly and the food was delicious. The room was absolutely ideal for the dinner and then dancing/dj and looked beautiful too. Overall the value for money and service here is amazing. Thanks to everyone who made it so easy to organise and host a wonderful night

We attended a conference and stayed for the evening. The accommodation was excellent and the food provided during the conference was extremely well presented and very tasty. The serving staff were very attentive and helpful in particular Harsimar and we wish to pass on our thanks. A great venue for conferencing.

Been having the most amazing, best trip imaginable here at the Chesford Grange. Their staff is second-to-none with high-quality service. The steam room is top notch. I use the gym every morning and have been going on a morning walking path on the property that runs along the river. Great indoor pool, immaculate rooms, fantastic food, best vacation stay recommendation! Also, I wanted a late night snack and Satyam was so kind and wonderful to provide late night assistance immediately. We will be back!!!

Came to the hotel quite recently to attend a ball. Good venue, good location. Drinks were quite expensive. Special thanks to Adam who got my table extra bread for the starter when we had ran out.

Excellent facilities. Even though there was a corporate event taking place at the same time, this did not impact on the high level of service received.

Nice enough hotel: standard but clean and comfortable rooms, cozy bar and a restaurant area, large car park, good prices... Average but good enough to stay again.

Having stayed at the hotel last year, we thought that it will be the ideal location for a dual birthday and wedding anniversary celebration with our children and grandchildren. The hotel didn't disappoint. The decorations in the room in particular were very nice.

Hannah and Nadeshani had great customer skills, were very attentive and helpful. We are returning in June and know we will receive a great welcome and experience.

Booked a 1 night stay with breakfast, dinner and spa treatment. Such good value for money, twin room was huge with 2 double beds & sofa, lovely bath though it was a little high to get in/out of. Dinner was very good. Lots of choice ( even for me a fussy vegetarian) breakfast was typical for an English hotel, though extras were available on request. Spa treatments were great so relaxing. Though pool area was quite small. All staff were really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back

A very brief one night stay but a very pleasant one. Good accommodation and very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, I didn't get the opportunity to make use of the restaurant or leisure facilities.

I had a wonderful experience at this spa. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and highly professional. The service throughout was excellent. The treatments were truly outstanding—both rejuvenating and expertly delivered, thank you, Jas. You can tell the therapists are highly skilled and genuinely care about providing a high-quality experience. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and completely satisfied. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for great treatments and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning!

Lovely hotel set in nice woodland grounds. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. It was a special birthday and they had left balloons and a card in the room, which was a nice touch and appreciated. The room itself was spotless with a comfy bed. No issues with any noise. The swimming pool was a nice size for doing lengths and it was easy to get towels and into the changing rooms. Had a very tasty evening meal in the restaurant and the buffet breakfast was always being replenished and the food was hot. Lots of comfy chairs in the bar/lounge area but these do get taken up quickly. My only suggestion for improvement would be the pricing for the desserts and cocktails which was on the high side for what you got - but still very nice though. Overall, a very nice stay and would definitely go back.

From the moment I walked into reception, I felt ‘seen’ by the smiley and genuinely friendly reception team. Check in was super easy and I was given the key to a lovely room with a great view and a welcomed deep bath. It was clear that there is passion for ensuring a high standard, and to maintain this (there was even a team working on ‘touching up’ the hotel while I was there). The conference facilities are exceptional and the team can’t do enough for you - personally greeted, unexpected little extras that made the difference. It just felt like I could fully relax because everything was taken care of.
