Exceptional, and great value 5+ stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Deserved 5+ stars! (Having air conditioning in the room in the summer is heaven! 😁) After an awful experience at another hotel that couldn’t provide us with the room we had already booked, we called Chesford Grange Hotel at around 11 pm to see if they had any rooms available. Thankfully, they did, and we headed straight over. Dean and the other staff gave us such a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel at ease after what had been a really stressful evening. Their kindness and professionalism made a huge difference. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and I finally had a great night’s sleep! A huge thank you to Dean (Superstar!) and the whole team for helping us out and making us feel so welcome. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent Hotel
Excellent hotel and very helpful staff, the beds are comfortable and the air conditioning kept the room pleasantly cool during the heatwave
Nice hotel
Really good hotel for F1, 30 mins to park and ride, pool and decent food. Kamesh was really good in the bar!
Solo Traveler
This hotel is beautiful! My rating is for the hotel as a whole. I had a really lovely stay, The spa is very basic but the treatment was amazing, the staff really are a credit to the hotel too, so friendly and inviting. Travelling alone it was the perfect place to go for me. I arrived and went straight for my treatment, afterwards i sat by the pool for an hour, feeling fully relaxed i then checked into my room. checking in was easy. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable, The bed was great, television system was user friendly & the food i ordered was 10/10!
The Room is miserable, Staff 100%
I honestly can’t fault your staff, they couldn’t do enough to make our stay better. The room (342) on the other hand was awful, the hotel was probably at 10% capacity, therefore I fail to understand why we were put directly above the goods in, the delivery started at around 4.30 AM, I have to say incredibly noisy, the pillows are rock hard & in all honesty it was not a restful break,
Best event ever
Lovely meal Chloe was very attentive
Fantastic Chloe was brilliant
Had a fantastic experience with Chloe. Satisfied my every need. Golden girl.
Ideal Conference Location
Stayed here for one night a couple of months ago whilst attending our company conference. Found the facilities to be more than adequate, breakfast was very good and the room was comfortable and functional. Bar staff were very friendly, and the evening food was decent enough even though we were off a pre selected set menu, so it doesnt really give you much of a clue what the food would be like off the normal menu. Didnt use the pool/spa so cant comment on that. Good outside area with plenty of tables, lots of parking. Would stay here again if exploring the local area.
Excellent
Cannot fault the staff and hotel, Catered well for allergies . We stayed one night and used the spa. Treatment was excellent. The pool Area is need of some TLC. We would return.
Dinner at the hotel
Thanks yo Kumar, great dinner.
Cool night in a heatwave
Chose the hotel for its location and the fact that it had air conditioning and neither disappointed. The air conditioning in our rooms was excellent and enabled a decent nights sleep. The swimming pool was nice and my young granddaughter loved it. We ate in the bar for our evening meal and there was a good childrens menu. Buffet breakfast was reasonable and Reception staff were very helpful. Definitely a place to visit again.
Excellent Hotel with exceptional service
Splendid hotel, with the facilities for disabled very good. The food in both the restaurant and bar is excellent, and the service given by Karmesh, went above and beyond which made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
Wonderful hotel and terrific staff
Hugely enjoyed our stay at Chesford Grange - good food, gorgeous room and very helpful and attentive staff. Special mention goes to Mia one of the bar waitresses who looked after us in the most charming way - even though the bar was crazy busy with a corporate event on our second night - and Hannah who provided smiley and prompt service in the restuarant. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We were also randomly chosen as 'guest of the day' - which brings little perks like free mini-bar and free drink in the main bar. What a delightful and very welcome idea. In additiont o discovering a wonderful hotel we also discovered Royal Leamington Spa - a real gem!
Heart of England
Staff were great room excellent, food super. Wood give 5 stars but for some rude members of a large company gathering/bbq on the dining platform outside who kept bumping into our table ignoring the fact that my wife and I were trying to eat our evening meal.Heart of England
Great place to stay
Staff friendly, enjoyed the spa treatment with Roisin really excellent experience. Rooms have everything you need, recommend a stay.
Good Hotel
We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. We were in a king size room which was great, spacious, large comfy bed, nice bathroom and very clean. The housekeeping staff were very good. Breakfast was buffet style and had a lot of choice. Pool was very nice. It was a good base to visit Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Warwick and Stratford.
Lovely stay but lacking in guest interaction
I recently stayed at Chesford Grange for the first time. Overall it was a lovely stay and I slept really well, but the guest interaction just lacked that welcoming touch you would hope for. Check-in was very much to the point, surname asked for, keys issued, direction to room and that was it. There was no big welcome, and no mention of breakfast location or timings even though I had breakfast included. I'm quite self-sufficient, but as it was my first visit, it would have been nice to know without prompt or having to ask. On the plus side, the room was great. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything you need (FYI the iron is behind the large mirror, I missed it at first!). I went down to the spa since it was complimentary as part of the stay. I asked for a robe but was told, "I'm trying to ration some." Personally, I'd rather be told they don't have any left than be told they have some but I can't have one. The pool temperature was good, the steam room was lovely, and the gym was great and very well equipped. The heated beds were nice, but the one labelled "warmer" should definitely be labelled with a warning as it was far too hot. It is all a little dated on that side, but I appreciate it's an old building. Hopefully, their next investment will be on the pool and spa area. We went off site for dinner but had coffees in the bar when we got back. The coffee was lovely and the team there were really friendly. Breakfast the next morning was a similar story to check-in. I was asked for my name, and once scored off the sheet, I was just left to it. There was no explanation of the seating or the buffet, almost as though it's expected you automatically know where everything is. Because of that, I only found the made to order menu after I'd already been to the buffet, which was a shame. It really was a nice stay, but I think you should be asking guests how their journeys were, check if they have been to the hotel before, and sell your business and its outlets at every opportunity.
