What are your restaurant opening times?

Breakfast is served in The River Room from 6.30am - 9.30am Monday to Friday, and from 7am - 10.30am at weekends.

Opening times for dinner at The River Room are 6.30pm - 9.30pm.

Do I need to prebook breakfast?

There's no need to book a time, however, if there is a specific time you'd prefer to enjoy your breakfast, simply advise a member of our team at reception on check-in.

Do you have Halal meat?

We'll always try and accommodate any dietary requirements. Please let your server know your preferences when you join us for a meal.

Do you cater to different dietary requirements?

We offer a range of tasty Vegetarian and Vegan dishes. Our menus show options with V = Suitable for Vegetarians and Ve = Suitable for Vegans. We also offer gluten-free meals. Our menus show options with GF = Gluten Free and GFA = Gluten Free Alternative Available.

Please note our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other known allergens or intolerance's may be present.

Excellent hotel as usual, we love going to the Q Hotels. The room was very good and very big. The hotel surroundings is great, food was good at the restaurant. It always is a nice experience.

Great hotel

I stayed at this hotel recently as I was attending a conference. The room was comfortable and clean. I found the food quality brilliant too, we were so well catered for and everything was replenished regularly. What stood out to me were the staff members, they work so hard. Service was great! Special shoutout to Kumar and Angela, aswell as Kumar’s team working on 21st May.

A four night stay.

We have had a great time at Chesford Grange. The hotel is lovely, with spacious rooms, comfy beds, and. excellent staff in every area of the hotel. Angela and Manoge looked after our group very well, they were fantastic! I would recommend this hotel and would love to return.

Great shortly break away at an amazing hotel

Stunning hotel, bigger than expected. Ideal location for nearby towns and cities. Breakfast was very good, great selection, although busy most mornings the staff were cleaning tables non stop and big enough dining area so wasn't crammed in. Was able to make most of the outdoor area which is nice. The only constructive feedback I can provide is for bedroom doors to be softer closing, to prevent other guests banging the doors! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotels, rooms in need of an update

Lovely hotel downstairs - reception, the bar and restaurant areas are lovely, clean, fresh decor, very contemporary but there's a big contrast with the rooms. We were in a family room and it was very tired, the bathroom seals along the windows were black in places making it feel dirty (although it wasn't) and the carpets / curtains were feeling old and tired.

Excellent service.

Attending a wedding celebration and found everything really fantastic! Bar prices were very reasonable, staff friendly and helpful. Service during the wedding meal was exceptional and and the food was delicious. It was nice to see a waiter that knew what service meant, and served to a silver service standard. Special mention to Chivag (hope I spelt it correctly). Excellent service, knew what he was doing and friendly manner.

Chesford Grange

Stayed here for a change from premier inn. Lovely hotel in a really nice setting. very nice bar and friendly staff. Didnt eat here so cant comment on food. Will return for sure

60th birthday

Location perfect for driving or taxi hotel absolute lovely staff all happy and helpfull. Reception team went above and beyond red petals on bed in a heart shape birthday ballon bar of chocolate and a card top marks to your staff i would be proud to employ them .

All-round great stay

The facilities, rooms, staff and overall experience made my stay pleasant and enjoyable. I want to especially mention Kumar who was friendly and went out of his way to assist me. It was the second time I stayed at the hotel to attend a 2-day conference. Lovely setting!

Conference event - great service

Thank you to the onsite event and reception team for their support during our conference and meeting events in April. Nothing was too much trouble and your support was appreciated. A special call out to Kumar and Ajay who were a credit to Chesford Grange.

A very enjoyable stay

I was staying at the hotel for my granddaughter's wedding reception. All the staff were very friendly and helpful even when my toilet needed attention at 5am. The maintenance gentleman was very prompt in attending and fixed the problem very quickly. My room was a good size, the bed very comfortable and a nice large bathroom with a bath. The food served at the reception was very good and the main course was hot when served. I would certainly stay again if I need a hotel room when visiting Kenilworth.
