Honestly loved it here. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The atmosphere is cosy and has a real family feel to it. The kids really enjoyed the pool and games room. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely be back.
Rieann was amazing looking after us as a family of 4 at the hotel. Her work ethic is amazing, always smiling and very helpful! Rieann greeted us at breakfast, the kids loved the hot chocolate that she specially made for them and were very happy to help.
We spent the night as a family of 15 - seven adults and eight children (aged 4 to 12) for a family celebration. Everything went very well, the rooms were comfortable, the swimming pool was pleasant and the dining experience was good.
Birthday weekend with the wife and young children. I was made to feel very welcome. Kids loved having the pool to themselves and enjoyed the special treatment they got from the evening meal making them feel important. Thanks to Mark for their hot chocolate! The buffet breakfast was great.
It was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in the UK. Very family-friendly. The staff were amazing, they looked after us like we were deluxe guests... They were so friendly that my kids could remember all their names. We'll definitely find another excuse to stay there very soon.
