Cancellation & Amendment Policy for our Offers
Best Available Rate
Our Best Available Rate is our fully flexible rate which is guaranteed to be the best rate when booking direct.
Our Best Available Rate can be cancelled up to 24hrs prior to arrival.
A credit or debit card is required to guarantee this booking, no charge will be taken unless your booking is cancelled after the cancellation deadline. You can cancel your flex rate booking up to 4pm one day prior to the day of arrival without penalty. If you fail to arrive or you cancel your reservation after 4pm one day prior to the day of arrival, you will be charged for your first night's accommodation.
Advance Purchase Rate
Our Advance Purchase Rate offers a discount off our Best Available Rate for advanced purchase.
Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. Our Advance Purchase Rate is non-cancellable, amendable or transferable and no refund or date change would be given.
Upon booking you will be asked for a 25% deposit.
Spa Breaks are non-cancellable, amendable or transferable and should you need to cancel, you would be liable for the remaining balance.

You can either, 7 days before arrival, amend your stay to an alternative date* or cancel your stay with a loss of deposit.
*NOTE: If you chose to move your arrival date, dates are subject to availability and may result in a higher or lower rate depending on the date chosen.
