For every Meeting or Event booking you confirm at Chesford Grange Hotel to arrive between 15 July 2024 and 30 December 2024, worth a pre-booked value of £5,000 and above, will receive a ticket for every £1,000 spent into a prize draw worth £3,000!  

Your meeting/event must be booked & confirmed by 5.30pm on 28 February 2025 and must take place before 30 December 2025  

What’s the prize? 
One prize available, three options to choose from:  
- £3,000 in Holiday Vouchers via Love2Shop 
- £3,000 towards your next event at Chesford Grange Hotel* 
- A £3,000 donation to a charity of your choice.

Any hosted showround relating to the booking will be eligible for an additional ticket.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • New bookings, confirmed from 1 July 2025 until the closing date of 28 February 2025 by 5.30pm only. 

  • Qualifying bookings must take place before 30 December 2025.  

  • Only contracted business qualifies for this incentive.  

  • Number of entries is based on the contracted amount of the business.  

  • Agency and direct customers are eligible to enter this prize draw.  

  • If an agent confirms a booking that qualifies for this prize draw, it is the agency’s responsibility to communicate this prize draw to the client and distribute qualifying tickets as agreed. 

  • If you cancel your meeting/event by 5.30pm on 28 February 2025 your entry ticket/s will be removed from the prize draw. 

  • Prize is nonexchangeable There is no cash alternative to this prize.   

  • The prize may be passed on to clients and / or employees at the holder's discretion and must be arranged within 14 days of confirming the winner.  

  • The Holiday provider is Love2Shop vouchers. No alternative is available. 

  • The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date. 

  • The prize winner will be chosen at random by a draw from all valid entries and emailed/contacted via telephone using the information required upon entry. 

  • The prize winner must confirm acceptance of prize within 7 days of being notified. If acceptance is not confirmed a new winner will be selected at random. 

  • Entries must be aged 18+  

  • If the prize is cancelled it cannot be rebooked. 

  • No purchase necessary 

  • *Subject to availability, the prize can only be redeemed at Chesford Grange Hotel, Kenilworth
