Stayed at Chesford Grange Hotel on Valentine’s Day night. Booked through the Front of house manager, Gavin, who was extremely professional, helpful and lovely! He explained everything, told us about our room, the spa facilities and booked us in and also the restaurant and booked a table for us. He was also there when we arrived and greeted us with a smile! Check in was quick and smooth with Amy, who was friendly and professional. We had a drink in the bar before our spa treatment which was clean and had a nice atmosphere and plenty of seats. The staff were friendly and helpful. The view of the grounds from the bar area sets the mood nicely for a relaxing stay. Our spa treatments were both very nice, the spa receptionist was so friendly and lovely and made us feel comfortable and welcome. The swimming pool was busy but nice and clean and the changing rooms were clean and plenty of room and good facilities. Our room was big and very comfortable, the bed was massive! Had an amazing nights sleep. All the facilities in the room were working and nice and the room was clean and tidy. We had dinner in the main restaurant and manager Norbie and waitress Nadashani were both amazing and very attentive with allergies. Food was lovely, came out in good time and was very tasty and hot. We had a Irish coffee and baileys hot chocolate in the bar afterwards which was very good! Breakfast the next morning was a buffet and fresh food came out regularly, although it was busy it was a great breakfast and good way to end our stay. Check out was quick and easy with Ruby, who was also friendly and professional. Overall, an amazing stay! All the staff we spoke to or were helped/served by were amazing and deserve a shout out! Will definitely stay again :)

The room was very spacious and very comfy beds. Staff all very friendly and polite. Easy check in. Evening bar meal was spot on. Enjoyed very much. Special mention to kemish apologies if I haven’t spelt his name correct. Highlight of our evening looked after us. Kept the drinks coming. Only downfall was the disco going on till midnight. If reception mentioned this on checking in then we would have know about it. Would be good if you can let guest know in future if they have an early start. Would recommend and happily stay here again if there’s no party’s going on.

Fantastic hotel with the most delicious buffet breakfast with a choice of full English breakfast goodies, lots of pastries, yoghurts and fruits. I would go back just for the breakfast! Exactly what we needed to keep us going for the day! The hotel is located close to the NAEC at Stoneleigh Park but we loved our stay so much we are thinking of ways to visit again, this time to see the sights like Stoneleigh and Warwick Castle.

We ran a conference this week and Kumar went over and beyond every day for us as did his team. They always had smiles on their faces & happy to help with anything we asked. A credit to Chesford Grange thank you to Kumar & his team.

We have just completed a two day conference at the hotel and all hotel/event staff could not have been more helpful. Everyone we encountered were polite, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Specifically Kumar, who looked after us throughout the whole event, he was always smiling and happy to help - it was a pleasure to work with him. The food was also superb. Thank you to the team onsite for your contribution to making the conference a success and running smoothly!

The location for us worked as we live at either end of the Midlands and were attending an event at the NEC. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was Crufts weekend so also nice to see some 4 legged friends around as we checked in and out. The room 444 was good. Clean, tidy and with a good size bathroom. High bath if you have any mobility issues getting in. There were a couple of tell tail signs a dog had been in our room (a biscuit and dog hair on the carpet, but nothing major). Everything else was great. Beds were extremely comfortable. It was lovely to have the mini bar 2 beers, 2 wines, coke and water in with the price. I was able to have a late check out after 11 to conclude a work meeting 11.30 at no extra charge We ordered the deal where £35 each was in for dinner. This was a little disappointing if I am honest. The nachos were a little limp, cold and to say how cheap they are to buy in, a really small offering. We both had a caesar salad. The chicken and hallumi were both cold. So not all in all a great way to spend £70. The air conditioning or something on the door edge, either ticked, or switched on and off through the night, which was disturbing. BUT all that said it was a lovely Sunday to Monday night and i would recommend going back there. We didn't complain, nothing really major and nothing that we couldn't deal with or laugh about. I would say try it. The spa we didn't use.

A fantastic stay at Chesford Grange, including a relaxing afternoon at the spa and a wonderful meal in the evening. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the facilities were great. Would definitely recommend and return for another stay at Chesford Grange.

We had a university society ball here and it was perfect. I organised it over email with Lucy who was incredible- flexible, knowledgeable, accommodating and quick responses. On the day Kumar and his team were exactly the same, clearly experienced and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble; service ran perfectly and the food was delicious. The room was absolutely ideal for the dinner and then dancing/dj and looked beautiful too. Overall the value for money and service here is amazing. Thanks to everyone who made it so easy to organise and host a wonderful night

We attended a conference and stayed for the evening. The accommodation was excellent and the food provided during the conference was extremely well presented and very tasty. The serving staff were very attentive and helpful in particular Harsimar and we wish to pass on our thanks. A great venue for conferencing.

Been having the most amazing, best trip imaginable here at the Chesford Grange. Their staff is second-to-none with high-quality service. The steam room is top notch. I use the gym every morning and have been going on a morning walking path on the property that runs along the river. Great indoor pool, immaculate rooms, fantastic food, best vacation stay recommendation! Also, I wanted a late night snack and Satyam was so kind and wonderful to provide late night assistance immediately. We will be back!!!

Came to the hotel quite recently to attend a ball. Good venue, good location. Drinks were quite expensive. Special thanks to Adam who got my table extra bread for the starter when we had ran out.

We were royally welcomed in by Jay and nothing was too much trouble. Jay helped to book us into their sister hotel for the following day too.

Excellent facilities. Even though there was a corporate event taking place at the same time, this did not impact on the high level of service received.
