Had a great stay at the hotel. Fantastic staff that couldn’t do enough for you. I want to highlight Kumar and the fact he went out his was to make sure we were having a good time. Great service from him and the hotel in general.

Lovely stay, spacious room, all facilities outstanding. Kumar a fantastic member of the staff who looked after us faultlessly through our residential. Couldn’t fault any of the staff, all very friendly and helpful.

As a group of over 200 people staying over for 4 nights for a conference, hospitality and attention to details were second to no one. Food management was top class and the comfort/cleaning of the bedrooms was top class. Any dietary requirements was met. As conference experience - everything was at point and went beyond expectations. Location and facilities are amazing. Really encourage you to think about this venue for your time off or business meetings: I can grant you that Karim will look after you in the best possible way

I enjoy the hotel and everything it had to provide .The staff were very welcoming and made a tremendous effort to exchange the experience especially Kumar.

A lovely hotel with great staff who showed great care and consideration when dealing with our questions and enquiries, obviously they are well trained in the arts of customer service and it definitely shows. The rooms are spacious and clean with everything on hand, teas coffees biscuits and water are replenished every day and the rooms are spotless.It was a delight to sit outside in the evening in the lovely gardens with a glass of wine with fellow guests. An enjoyable 3 day break in a great hotel was enjoyed by us all.

Beautiful grounds (Perfect location for visiting Leamington Spa or Warwick, not out of the way but well situated so it feels like the countryside- calm and quiet), lovely air-conditioned rooms. Pool and gym aren't huge but clean and well managed and my partner loved the spa treatments. Food was very good quality- especially the breakfasts but the Staff are the reason we'll definitely re-book when we're visiting the area again- presentable, professional but friendly and helpful to no end. We were able to bring our granddaughter to the pool and our son to dinner 5 stars.

This was my third visit to Chesford Grange and it’s a favourite with me and my team. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere and the team are always professional. Ajay has looked after our team conference every time and he and Kumar and the team are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and they respond quickly and with great professionalism whether it’s tech or schedule, room layout or meals, so I can get on with leading the conference and have time to enjoy it too! The food and break time snacks are excellent and help everyone to relax and enjoy the networking time. Bedrooms are lovely and the leisure and spa facilities are good too. I’d recommend this hotel for business or leisure. Plenty of parking and electric charging points.

The Chesford Grange Hotel is situated in Kenilworth, near Warwick. This was my third visit to this wonderful hotel. It is near Kenilworth Castle which is an English Heritage property, full of history and beauty. I love to take children to both Kenilworth and also Warwick Castle and this hotel is a perfect location for a visit to this lovely part of the country with Stratford Upon Avon as another fascinating cultural destination. The hotel has lovely big grounds and a swimming pool as well which adds to the holiday atmosphere and makes visiting such a special treat. Children are free to play and there are slots for children to use the pool, meaning that adults also get times when they can swim quietly. The staff at this hotel are all so welcoming and friendly and always happy to help and advise. From the reception to the restaurant, bar, and leisure club all staff were wonderful and the place felt as always, happy and friendly. The room we used was a family room consisiting of two comfortable double beds, a huge TV and a lovely big bathroom. We found the room to be clean and well equipped with tea making facilities and even a fridge with complimentary bottles of water. The hotel also provided a fan to keep us cool and comfortable in the heat of August. The hotel is large and was clearly busy but we could not hear any noise from outside or from other rooms - hopefully that was the case for other guests as my children are quiet noisy sometimes! The substantial building and spacious accommodation really feels comfortable, peaceful and safe. The breakfast is fantastic. There is every possible option available - from a cooked breakfast to fresh fruits, yoghurts and pastries - abundant and cooked fresh. If you are looking for a really lovely treat, I highly recommend this fabulous hotel and I intend to visit again. It will always be my first choice when visiting the area. Thanks to all at Chesford Grange for all your wonderful efforts.

Great place to stay. Delicious food and friendly service team! Rooms were very clean, a great size and comfy beds! Not a complaint to be had from me!!

A lovely place to stay. Really well located for surrounding attractions. Excellent spa treatments and good leisure facilities. All staff were really helpful but especially the staff in the leisure reception and spa who couldn’t do enough for us. They were really polite and helpful. We had a wonderful break at this hotel.

I attended the bar, at around 8 o’clock a few days ago, The staff at the bar were excellent, especially Elliot, Perfect Guiness Poured, Mich Appricated, Will return 👍

We went there for 2 days short staycation, we found the hotel to be nice location, good value for money, nice staff, spacious room, car park space and charging points worked well.

Excellent location for our two night stay. The room was spotlessly clean, large comfortable bed, and spacious shower room. Excellent breakfast included during our stay. Friendly and very helpful staff throughout the hotel. This is our second break at this hotel, and will certainly return again.

A very enjoyable stay with excellent and friendly service We had a very enjoyable stay at Chesford Grange. We booked a Classic Family Room, which had one double bed and a sofa bed, as described on the hotel website. The room was clean and had a very good, powerful shower. When we first arrived, unfortunately the room was not cool enough and felt uncomfortable. We spoke to Kumar, who immediately arranged for someone to come up and check the room. We really appreciated how quickly he responded and tried to resolve the issue for us. The following morning, during breakfast, Kumar kindly continued to assist us and helped us speak with Gavin, the Front Office Manager. Gavin was very understanding and helped arrange for us to move to a much larger room with two double beds and much better air conditioning. The new room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We were also given complimentary drinks, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. What impressed us most was the friendliness of the staff throughout the hotel. Everyone we met was welcoming, polite and genuinely helpful. We felt very welcome throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed using the swimming pool and Leisure Club. The Leisure Club staff were very friendly and helpful, and kindly assisted us with booking a swimming pool time slot, which made things much easier for our family. Although we initially experienced an issue with the temperature of our first room, the way the team handled it turned the situation into a very positive experience. Kumar and Gavin both went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and we really appreciated their professionalism, kindness and willingness to help. A special thank you to Kumar, Gavin and all the staff who looked after us during our stay. Your hospitality made a real difference, and we would be very happy to stay at Chesford Grange again.

A very nice weekend break. Room comfortable and very clean. Hotel facilities excellent and all staff very friendly,cheerful and efficient. Did not have evening meals but breakfasts were very good with wide range of choices to suit every taste. Conveniently located with ample parking. Will definately return when visiting this part of england
