Fantastic first time stay at the Chesford Grange. The staff could not be more helpful (in all areas of the hotel) and were very friendly and welcoming. The room (4th floor classic double) was beautifully clean, comfortable and quiet and was serviced every day. All areas of the hotel were kept spotless and, despite it being a large hotel, found it to be very quiet and relaxing. Although I was travelling alone, the atmosphere in the hotel was such that I did not feel intimidated. The bar staff were super helpful and made me feel very relaxed. The bar food was very good and arrived very quickly, despite there being a busy bar due to a conference. The pool was lovely (although clean, the changing areas & showers could do with an upgrade) and mostly quiet after 7pm after the family time had finished. The pool staff were also very helpful. All in all, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely return.

I am travelling solo to visit Warwick castle, beautiful hotel, wonderful staff. One in particular is Satyam, incredibly pleasant and welcoming. I know it might seem like a small thing to some people, but as a solo traveller this meant the world. Im here to visit Warwick castle and my charger died and wouldn’t work around midnight. I went to reception and was greeted by him, he wasted no time in giving me his OWN charger. Incredible customer service. As I said, might seem small to some people, but as a solo traveller I needed that battery to get to where I am going tomorrow. and take photos to make memories to send to family, Thank you so much Satyam, you saved my trip. I’d also like to mention the lady that took my booking she was lovely and very informative, especially about the car park. I didn’t get to catch her name but I noticed trainee on her tag but she’s definitely ready to be relived of that title. Great bar staff too. Great hotel.

Stayed for a single night as part of coach package trip for an event at BP Arena, Birmingham. Staff all very friendly and accommodating. Food excellent and would have loved to have stayed longer.

We had a lovely two-night stay this weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and has great decor throughout the main areas. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was particularly busy during our stay, with a charity ball and other events taking place, but this actually added to the atmosphere and created a lovely buzz. Our bedroom was very clean and a great size, although some areas were looking a little tired and worn and could do with a bit of a refresh. Unfortunately, the room was extremely hot on our first night, meaning we barely slept. The second night was better, but we were woken at 7 am by very loud music coming from what seemed to be an event or meeting room. This wasn’t ideal, especially when looking forward to a relaxing, lazy Sunday morning. On a much more positive note, the food in the restaurant was superb, and breakfast was delicious. The spa treatments were a highlight. Although a relaxation room would have been ideal to spend time relaxing in between treatments & to add to the spa day. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here. With a little attention to the bedrooms and some consideration around noise levels, this could be an even better experience.

What an amazing hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff, that go above and beyond. Check in was very easy. Easy to access booking late check out. Very close to train station. Room was lovely and large. Very very clean. Loved the amount of mirrors. The signage was great for a newcomer. Attended Scotty's Ball. Room was set out lovely. Food was delicious. Staff were very friendly. My only wish was that had used pool during late check out. Maybe next time.

There staff are always great here (we stay every year for ann annnual event) but some of the rooms are very tired. We were charged £270 for a room that looked like animals had been clawing at the bed. I would expect better than this for £270.

Lovely stay- room has everything you need. Pool warm & good for a nice swim. Gym looks great- going to use tomorrow. Bar staff really helpful, food menu really good- we ordered pizza- really good. Gluten free & vegan pizza was the best I’ve had since developing food intolerances- staff really helpful with allergens. Special shout to Chef Hemanth- really enjoyed our food!

Tiny but important correction. We shall ensure the cheese gets its share of responsibility. 😂 We had a really lovely stay at Chesford Grange and would happily return. The hotel was very clean throughout and our room was immaculate. The bedding, pillows and blankets were genuinely some of the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel, and we slept incredibly well. The biggest positive, though, was the staff. The service was impeccable and the majority of the team were warm, welcoming and extremely accommodating. Nothing seemed too much trouble and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay. I did find that we were asked several times to leave a review and specifically mention staff members by name, which made me wonder whether there is some sort of incentive attached to reviews. It did feel a little pushed at times and, personally, I think the excellent service speaks for itself without needing guests to be prompted. Breakfast itself was lovely, with a really good selection of fresh and hot food. The only slight contrast was that some of the breakfast staff seemed a little miserable compared with the otherwise exceptionally friendly service we experienced elsewhere in the hotel. Unfortunately, our one real disappointment was the late-night food. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich which looked absolutely lovely when it arrived, but the ham had an extremely strong, pungent smell and was clearly not fresh. I have a fairly iron stomach, but even I wasn’t prepared to risk that one! It was a shame, particularly because everything else had been so good. A couple of smaller observations: the room lighting took a little figuring out, although this ended up giving my partner and me something to laugh about. The water also gets VERY hot. Brilliant if you like a properly hot shower, but definitely something to be mindful of. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives. The hotel was immaculate, the room was exceptionally comfortable and the service from the majority of the staff was genuinely fabulous. I would happily return to Chesford Grange in a heartbeat. I’d probably choose to eat out for dinner next time, but I’d absolutely stay here again and would definitely have breakfast at the hotel.

I attended a company conference here and was superbly looked after by the team. The hospitality, quality of food and service was exemplary. One member of the service team, Manoj, could not have been more helpful, making sure I was well looked after throughout the company event.

Brilliant weekend in this wonderful hotel which was very dog friendly. Room had a wooden floor which was nice and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The meals I ordered in the hotel were delicious. Great walks directly from the hotel. I would definitely like to stay again.
