We were royally welcomed in by Jay and nothing was too much trouble. Jay helped to book us into their sister hotel for the following day too.

Excellent facilities. Even though there was a corporate event taking place at the same time, this did not impact on the high level of service received.

Lovely food and Venue! We were here for the FSOA conference and the staff made it a great stay! A special thankyou to Harismar for great service!

Nice enough hotel: standard but clean and comfortable rooms, cozy bar and a restaurant area, large car park, good prices... Average but good enough to stay again.

Having stayed at the hotel last year, we thought that it will be the ideal location for a dual birthday and wedding anniversary celebration with our children and grandchildren. The hotel didn't disappoint. The decorations in the room in particular were very nice.

Hannah and Nadeshani had great customer skills, were very attentive and helpful. We are returning in June and know we will receive a great welcome and experience.

Booked a 1 night stay with breakfast, dinner and spa treatment. Such good value for money, twin room was huge with 2 double beds & sofa, lovely bath though it was a little high to get in/out of. Dinner was very good. Lots of choice ( even for me a fussy vegetarian) breakfast was typical for an English hotel, though extras were available on request. Spa treatments were great so relaxing. Though pool area was quite small. All staff were really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back

A very brief one night stay but a very pleasant one. Good accommodation and very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, I didn't get the opportunity to make use of the restaurant or leisure facilities.

I had a wonderful experience at this spa. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and highly professional. The service throughout was excellent. The treatments were truly outstanding—both rejuvenating and expertly delivered, thank you, Jas. You can tell the therapists are highly skilled and genuinely care about providing a high-quality experience. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and completely satisfied. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for great treatments and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning!

Lovely hotel set in nice woodland grounds. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. It was a special birthday and they had left balloons and a card in the room, which was a nice touch and appreciated. The room itself was spotless with a comfy bed. No issues with any noise. The swimming pool was a nice size for doing lengths and it was easy to get towels and into the changing rooms. Had a very tasty evening meal in the restaurant and the buffet breakfast was always being replenished and the food was hot. Lots of comfy chairs in the bar/lounge area but these do get taken up quickly. My only suggestion for improvement would be the pricing for the desserts and cocktails which was on the high side for what you got - but still very nice though. Overall, a very nice stay and would definitely go back.

From the moment I walked into reception, I felt ‘seen’ by the smiley and genuinely friendly reception team. Check in was super easy and I was given the key to a lovely room with a great view and a welcomed deep bath. It was clear that there is passion for ensuring a high standard, and to maintain this (there was even a team working on ‘touching up’ the hotel while I was there). The conference facilities are exceptional and the team can’t do enough for you - personally greeted, unexpected little extras that made the difference. It just felt like I could fully relax because everything was taken care of.

Satyam delivers excellent service at Chesford grange hotel I came here second time it was so good experience He was so friendly with his too service and i always preferred to come there in kenilworth best place to stay .

Here i stay for one night and it was so incredible experience, i stayed before as well, the service by Satyam is always extra mile, always fresh and positive even at 3 am. Always recommended

The location was ideal for a visit to the English Heritage site Kenilworth Castle. The room was comfortable and roomy. I struggled a little bit to get into the bath for a shower, but I was warned about that by a note on the wall. I had dinner bed and breakfast which had a good eating choice and suited me just fine.

Warm comfortable beds, excellent service, great breakfast. The mini bar in the premium rooms is an excellent touch. Loved the seating area in the old house. Only downside was that the pool was a bit small and felt busy despite having the quiet slot. The team rang ahead knowing we had two teenagers and offered us an interconnecting room instead but we would be sans mini bar so we stayed with premium and they offered to make up the sofa bed so the kids had a bed each. The room was massive with a massive bathroom! Staff were very friendly. We would definitely consider this chain of hotels in the future

Although I gave Chesford Grange 4 stars, it was a very enjoyable experience. My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary, we had not let the staff know this and we still didn't inform them of this when we arrived, but they could not have been more welcoming and pleasant, service was impeccable, room was great, food was delicious. All in all, we had a lovely anniversary. The hotel is about 10 minutes from Warwick town centre and we are planning on coming back to Chesford Grange again this year, and this time we will be bringing our swimming cozzies !

excellent location for visiting Kenilworth and its Castle; hotel was in the process of being repainted so there were few areas to sit and relax but overall the atmosphere was welcoming, and staff friendly. The cooked Breakfast on the first morning was disappointing - all items apart from a new tray of eggs were barely lukewarm, and had obviously been prepared some considerable time previously. Dinner was good, a delicious Caesar salad accompaniment to my steak. Cooked Breakfast the second morning was much better, food was fresh and hot. There was a good selection of continental fayre on offer. Our twin room was spacious, with the added attraction of a bath in addition to a shower. The grounds are pleasant and car parking easy.
